WorldCat and FirstSearch Make Finding Things Easy

You can now use WorldCat to search for books, journals DVDs, CDs and andy other Library materials held in the Widener University Libraries plus about 10,000 other libraries all over the world.
To access WorldCat, go to www.worldcat.org or click on the link from our homepage. Search by author, title or subject. Enter your zip code in the box and WorldCat will show you who owns the item and where they are. If none of the Widener Libraries own it, then you can get it from InterLibrary loan. If you are on campus, there is a link to ILLiad, our interlibrary loan system.
A link to FirstSearch is in the list of Research databases found in the Libray Catalog. First search offers access to several databases with full text available in many of them. If you find articles not available in full text, or at one of the Widener Libraries then use ILLiad to request them.
