A new book by Widener’s Erin Daly is now available in the law library. Dignity Rights: Courts, Constitutions, and the Worth of the Human Person was recently published by University of Pennsylvania Press.
A new book by Widener’s John Dernbach is now available in the law library. Acting As If Tomorrow Matters: Accelerating the Transition to Sustainability was recently published by the Environmental Law Institute.
A new book by Widener’s John G. Culhane is now available in the law library. Same-Sex Legal Kit for Dummies, co-authored with Carrie Stone was published this month by Wiley.
A new book by Widener’s Andrew Strauss is now available in the library. Towards a Global Parliament: Essays and Articles, published by the Committee for a Democratic U.N. reprints articles by Prof. Strauss and Prof. Richard Falk.
Now available in the law library is a new book by Widener Law professor Larry Barnett. The Place of Law: The Role and Limits of Law in Society was published by Transaction Publishers.
A new book by Widener Law professor James May is now available in the law library. Principles of Constitutional Environmental Law was published this year by the American Bar Association and the Environmental Law Institute.

Barbara Mindell will provide an overview of the technology available at the law school. Justin Holbrook will show us how he uses video clips and clickers to engage his students.

Loyalty’s Core Demand: The Defining Role of Good Faith in Corporation Law 98 Geo. L.J. 629 (2010), an article co-authored by Widener professor Lawrence Hamermesh, along with Leo E. Strine, Vice Chancellor of Delaware’s Court of Chancery, R. Franklin Balotti, of Richards, Layton and Finger, and Jeffrey M. Gorris, of Bouchard Margules & Friedlander, has been named one of the top 10 corporate and securities articles of 2010.
The Top 10 Corporate and Securities Articles poll is conducted annually by Corporate Practice Commentator. Teachers of corporate and securities law chose the winners from a list of over 440 articles that were published in 2010.
Just received in the library is Treating Young Veterans: Promoting Resilience Through Practice and Advocacy. Co-edited by Widener Law professor Sydney Howe-Barksdale the book also features chapters by Widener Law’s Justin Holbrook and Tom Reed.
The library has a new book just published by John Culhane. Prof. Culhane is the editor of Reconsidering Law and Policy Debates A Public Health Perspective recently published by Cambridge University Press.
A new book by Widener’s own Prof. Jules Epstein and Prof. Carol Henderson of Stetson University College of Law is now available in the library. The Future of Evidence: How Science and Technology will Change the Practice of Law has just been published by the American Bar Association.
