Congratulations to our librarians, Mary Jane Mallonee and David King, and the former director of the Legal Information Center, Eileen Cooper, on their Chapter, “Colonial Delaware Legal Bibliography” which was just published in Prestatehood Legal Materials: A Fifty-State Research Guide.
