Listen to U.S. Supreme Court Oral Arguments Online

Audio files of the oral arguments in the case Rumsfeld v. FAIR are
available online. This case deals with constitutionality of the Solomon
Amendment, (see previous post) which
requires institutions of higher learning (including law schools) to
allow military recruiters access to their students and campuses or else
forfeit federal funds. The website oyez.org
has made these audio files available, a free RealAudio player is required to listen to the files. This is not the only case for
which audio files are available, nor are audio files all you will find
on this website. A visit to oyez.org is well worth the time.
