Solomon Amendment Debate Between Law Professors Online

Next week, December 6, 2005, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case Rumsfeld v. FAIR [external link to US Law Week, Widener ID required]
This case deals with constitutionality of the Solomon Amendment, which
requires institutions of higher learning (including law schools) to
allow military recruiters access to their students and campuses or else
forfeit federal funds. This week, Nov. 29th - Dec. 2nd, ACSBlog
(The Blog of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy) will
host a debate between Professor William Eskridge of Yale Law School and
Dean William Polsby of the George Mason University School of Law
concerning the constitutionality of the Solomon Amendment. View the
