The United States Supreme Court has agreed to review a case involving Delaware’s right to prevent New Jersey from
erecting a liquefied natural gas terminal on the Delaware River.
The two states have disagreed for years about Delaware’s right to
control projects on the Delaware River, up to the low-tide mark on the
New Jersey side of the river.
