Publisher’s Group Sues Google Over Library Project

The Association of American Publishers has sued Google, Inc. in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York over Google’s Library Print Project
which aims to scan the contents of several top research libraries in
the country. The suit comes on the heels of a class action suit filed
by the Authors Guild over the same project.
